• شناسایی فرآیندهای سازمان و تعیین شاخص‌های پایش و اندازه‌گیری.

• دریافت سفارش‌های مشتری از واحد فروش و ارتباط مستمر با مدیر فروش جهت برآورده سازی الزامات مشتری.
• برنامه‌ریزی کلان تولید و مواداولیه و نظارت بر اجرای آن.
• نظارت و همکاری درانبارگردانی های دوره‌ای.
• بررسی وضعیت تحقق اهداف و برنامه‌های مرتبط با واحد به‌صورت مستمر از طریق گزارش‌های دریافتی.
• شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های مرتبط با فرآیندهای کارخانه و تلاش در جهت کنترل آن‌ها.
• همکاری در تدوین طرح کیفیت محصول شامل دستورالعمل‌های تولید، کنترل کیفیت و نگهداری محصول.
• ظرفیت سنجی ماشین‌آلات و خطوط تولیدی.
• بررسی جانمایی ماشین‌آلات و جریان مواد در فرآیند تولید و همکاری در بهینه نمودن آن.
• پیگیری انجام اقدام اصلاحی یا پیشگیرانه به‌منظور حذف عدم انطباق بالفعل یا بالقوه.
• بررسی نتایج پایش و اندازه‌گیری فرایندهای مرتبط با کارخانه و اقدام جهت بهبود.
• ارتباط با پیمانکاران مرتبط با تولید یا کارخانه در خصوص الزامات مرتبط با محصول یا خدمات.
• شناسایی مشکلات تولید و ارائه راهکار جهت بهبود آن.
• همکاری با مدیر کنترل کیفیت جهت کاهش ضایعات تولیدی یا برگشتی محصول و بهبود کیفیت محصولات.
• همکاری با مدیر فنی و مهندسی جهت توسعه محصولات و پیشنهاد محصولات جدید.
• نظارت مستمر بر تولید محصولات با کیفیت مطابق برنامه تولید اعلام شده.
• نظارت مستمر بر فعالیت های نگهداری و تعمیرات ماشین آلات و تجهیزات.
• تهیه گزارش در خصوص عملکرد تولید محصولات ،ضایعات و نگهداری محصول به صورت مستمر.
• تحلیل اطلاعات و نتایج پایش و اندازه گیری فرآیندهای تولید.

Education: at least an expert in industrial engineering / engineering fields
work experience: at least 10 years

Identifying the organization's processes and determining monitoring and measurement indicators

Planning of production and raw materials and monitoring its implementation. Related to the unit on a continuous basis through received reports.

Measuring the capacity of machines and production lines
Checking the placement of machines and the flow of materials in the production process and cooperation in optimizing it
Following up corrective or preventive action in order to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance
Inspection The results of monitoring and measuring the processes related to the factory and taking measures for improvement. Communication with the contractors related to the production or the factory regarding the requirements related to the product or service. Identifying production problems and providing solutions to improve them. Cooperation with the quality control manager to reduce production waste or product returns and improve the quality of products. Cooperation with the technical and engineering manager to develop products and propose new products. Continuous monitoring of the production of quality products according to the announced production plan.
Continuous monitoring of maintenance and repair activities of machines and equipment.
Preparation of reports on product production performance, waste and product maintenance on a continuous basis.
Analysis of information and results of monitoring and measurement of production processes.
